I’m absolutely thrilled to announce that Mindset & Body Therapy is joining The Mother Hub Community - a vibrant, supportive network of entrepreneurial and working mothers who are all striving to live life more consciously, confidently, and compassionately.


As a therapist specialising in Mindset Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Massage Therapy, my passion is helping women - especially mothers - reconnect with themselves, let go of what’s holding them back, and step into a version of life that feels lighter, calmer, and more empowered.


Motherhood and working life can be a beautiful balance - but let’s be honest, it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating. So many women carry the invisible weight of being “everything to everyone,” often forgetting that they too deserve support, healing, and space to breathe. That’s where I hope to come in.

Joining this incredible collective gives me the opportunity to support women in a deeper, more holistic way. Through my work, I blend mind and body therapies to help women release stress, reset emotionally, and reclaim their sense of self.

Hypnotherapy: Healing the Subconscious

Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful tool that helps quiet the noise of everyday life and access the deeper layers of the mind. It can be transformative for women struggling with anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, insomnia, emotional eating, or birth trauma.


By working directly with the subconscious, hypnotherapy helps you create lasting changes in how you think, feel, and respond. It’s not about losing control - it’s about regaining it in the most grounded, empowering way.


Massage Therapy: Reconnecting with the Body

Our bodies hold so much - stress, emotion, tension, and trauma. Massage therapy offers a chance to slow down, release physical discomfort, and reconnect with your body in a nurturing way.


For mothers especially, touch therapy can be deeply restorative. It supports the nervous system, improves sleep, boosts circulation, and gives your body a chance to exhale after constantly holding it all together.

My mission is simple: to support working women and mothers not just in coping, but in flourishing. I truly believe that when we tend to both the mind and the body, we unlock our greatest potential for healing, clarity, and confidence.
