Hypnotherapy: How it works

1. Initial Consultation

Simply book your free, initial 30 minute consultation with me online. We can discuss your specific aim of hypnotherapy and guide you through the process. It's the start of a transformation tailored to you.

2. First Session

In the first session of your hypnotherapy package (or booked as an individual session), we dive into understanding your unique needs and challenges, to develop a personalised treatment plan, based on your individual goals. This session sets the foundation for your hypnotherapy journey.

3. Therapy Sessions

For your ongoing sessions, we can meet in person (I am located in Northwich, Cheshire) or via an online meeting - both are equally effective. Each session builds on the last, equipping you with the tools to make lasting change in your life. 

4. Continuation

Each of my therapy packages below are designed to adapt and evolve with you - hypnotherapy is very personal to each individual - and every person will require a different therapy plan and number of sessions which can be agreed as we continue our work together.
